The customer service we received was excellent. Sean asked what we were after, gave us some helpful information and details then let us browse in our own time, and best of all gave our kids a demonstration of a bed with a built in TV so we weren't distracted!

We dealt with Sean - he was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the products on offer. He gave us sufficient time to consider the purchase and we didn't feel rushed at any stage which was appreciated - he even made us a coffee! Thank you Sean - great experience all round.

We were uncertain to exactly which product we wanted. However, Sean talked with us as soon as we entered the store, pointed us in a general direction and asked us to try the beds and he would leave us to it, telling us to ask when we wanted help. That is just what happened.

Sean was great. Really knew his stuff and helped us immensely as we had no idea what we were looking for. Gave us refreshments and placed our order with no trouble at all. Best thing was he did not make us feel pressured into buying. I hope we are as happy with delivery when our new mattress arrives. Thank you

Staff friendly and efficient, drinks offered. Staff member remembered us after returning from looking at other shops, knowing what we needed and how we took our hot drinks, which is a nice personal touch.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who were supportive but not pressurising.

The staff were very welcoming but not intrusive. We were given a cup of tea and told to sit down and relax.
