Your salesperson, Dave, was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in dealing with our request. He was very helpful throughout in dealing with our questions from introduction to sale. A credit to the himself, the store and the company.

The sale assistant dave was excellent. He knew his products through and through and wasn't at all pushy. He fulfilled our needs and spent time with myself and my wife and we even got a cup of hot chocolate. We even purchased pillows after daves help which i hadn't planned in my purchase. Cant wait for it all to arrive now.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt comfortable and was asked if I needed any assistance. From start to finish Dave was polite and friendly and knew how to help.

Assistant had excellent knowledge of the available product. Helpful, well mannered & took time to explain how the bed we had selected was made. Could not have asked for more in an assistant.

Your salesman, Sean, was very good. Not pushy, he answered all of our questions in a straightforward manner and gave confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He was the most significant reason that we bought from Dreams because, whilst checking out other retailers, none of them had as good a salesman as good as Sean.

When we arrived we had a look around and when we couldn't find the item we saw online I asked a member of staff if they had it in store. I got told no it wasn't in store but could still order it. My husband then asked another member of staff for help with choosing a mattress. He asked us the necessary questions and asked us to try a number of beds as we were not entirely sure which one we needed. We went from medium to firm to memory foam. Until we found the one we wanted. We applied then for finance and got told it would take 30 mins to do. Unfortunately as we are military it took a little longer. The staff were fantastic tho. Kept asking if we needed a drink, offered my boys bottle of water, offered them biscuits and allowed them to play of the beds as we were there till 1805. An hour after shutting due to Barclays taking their time with the finance.
