Our sales assistant Dave was professional and friendly. There were plenty of mattresses of varying prices to try. We were encouraged to try several mattresses to find the one that we liked best and the 30 days satisfaction policy was clearly explained to us.

When we were ready he dealt with our queries and explained everything very thoroughly as we went through the ordering process. Just the kind of service we like - attentive but not pushy.

Sean the assistant manager was fantastic he listen to what we were saying and answered all our question made buying our bed very easy and there was no hard sell either. everything thing was explained very easy to us regarding all the guarantees that we took out to cover our bed and mattress

Dave sales consultant showed us a selection of mattresses to try after we explained the problems I was having sleeping. He was very informative and concentrate on myself as I am the one that is getting a disturbed sleep. Very friendly service he provided.
