Kind & considerate staff

What i liked about this store was that you could enter and have a look around without being pounced on by sales staff the moment you get through the door, as i entered the store i was asked if i would like a tea or a coffee while i looked round and then a short while later was approached and asked if i needed help.This was lovely as it gave me time to look at the products before needing assistance and i didn't feel pressured unlike other places i had visited while looking for a new bed.

Overall a good shopping experience.

I am severely sight impaired and went to my local dreams with my carer for a new mattress and was highly satisfied with my visit the young man was very helpful.

Staff were friendly and efficient and speed of ordering was good

The customer service was brilliant very knowledgeable, quality products value for money, we will consider going back due to wanting single bad and mattress,

We were greeted with a smile, straight away we were treated with the greatest of respect. The staff were knowledgeable ,courteous and very professional. We were served by Dave who from the start made us feel at home. We met Matt and Sean who were assisting. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and will be returning very soon to purchase a single bed and mattress. Huge thank you
