Dreams - Norwich

David was our sales person from Norwich and he was very good he offered coffee on arrival ( or tea or hot choc) and was very friendly and went out of his way to assist. He should the features and benefits really well and gave us extras at the end.

Staff were very helpful, product knowledge was good and a very helpful team.

We had done a little research online but the advice given in the store was invaluable and led us to make a different purchase to what we had initially thought was the correct mattress for us.

The salesman was highly Argentine. He didn’t try the hard sell and let me take as long as I liked to chose without any pressure and his product knowledge was excellent

Sean the instore colleague was most helpful. Multiple beds offered until our decision was made. The colleague made a stressful time very pleasant.

We were greeted upon arrival and offered drinks but were not hassled by the sales team and were allowed to browse and try out the beds in our own time. When we did have questions, they were answered in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.

When I arrived at Dreams I was given the time to browse that I needed, I was approached to be asked if I needed assistance. When I wanted to ask specifically for what I wanted there were staff available to point me in the right direction. They then left me to examine the product. Staff answered any questions and added some humour which made me want to come back. When I had returned later, he remembered me and offered me the cup of tea he had promised earlier if I returned. This made me feel that when they said something was on offer they meant it. I asked all the questions I needed to and staff dispelled some myths I had believed about beds. When we transitioned into the buy it didn't feel at all pressured and it felt like I could trust the staff member I was buying from. For me, his is a lot of money to spend and I felt reassured that I wasn't making a pressurised sales mistake. When he was unable to find a product we were looking for, he was honest about the problem and continued to search until he found the right thing. It took a few more minutes but I appreciated him telling me that there was a problem. He went through t&c briefly and clearly and gave me all correct docs.

I was greeted quite quickly and had a good chat with David, the sales assistant, who quickly led us around the store and gave us all the information we needed as well as listening to our requirements and needs. He was open, honest and extremely friendly. He knew all about the different products when asked a question and wasn't pushy in any way at all... he made the whole experience enjoyable. I went into the shop not really planning to make a purchase that day but left after buying the most expensive bed I have ever owned!
