The adviser, was available to help me with my purchase, but also then let me go and try some mattresses in peace. Then returned to offer more advice, I was able to take the time I needed to chose the right mattress for me, and did not feel rushed. Advice was offered when needed but also there was no pressure, important to me on a big purchase. I have several disabilities which affect my choice of mattress and I was listened to and the service I received was excellent.

Dreams - Norwich branch have carefully selected some polite, accommodating staff. Our experience shopping for our mattress couldn't have gone any better. On arrival, I had an issue with an online order (bed frame/bedding) I thought I could sort in store but the kind gentleman explained that he couldn't access online orders in store but gave me the relevant phone number. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. Next we started with our mattress shopping, Matt kindly assisted us with this and escorted us to the mattress I asked to see. He then offered us a hot drink which of course we accepted. I got a feeling that Matt was new to the team but was absolutely impressed with his service. He assisted us when needed but didn't suffocate us, allowing us to do our own thing. When we selected the mattress we wanted (which ended up being a different one to the one I already had in mind), we went through the sale process with Matt. We were offered an extended warranty which includes a free mattress protecter. Another Colleague (Shaun) stepped in for a short while and offered us a choice of a few, Shaun was clearly very experienced and also provided excellent service. Thank you Dreams.

Sean 336 advisor was very knowledgeable offered tea and coffee as soon as we walked into the shop, at that point he didn't know if we were going to buy or not. We were not pressurized and was told to take our time trying beds at our leisure. Sean advised us on the spring variety of mattresses this was very helpful as we didn't know what we wanted.

Visited the Norwich Branch at sprowston retail park, the service and help that we received from Kieran was superb he was so helpful and very confident about products.

The sales assistant (Kieran) was extremely helpful and provided us with a highly professional and courteous.

The welcome was warm. Matt and his colleague made it a cheerful brisk experience. I enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate but did not feel patronised. Some outlets of bed-type products are so anxious to make a sale it rubs off and puts me on edge. The guys I dealt with held out a warm and skilled welcome which took the pressure off me so much that I made my mind up on the spot - I was going to compare prices at Matressman but shrugged my shoulders, smiled and went for a product there and then.

We visited the Norwich store yesterday 09/02/2018. There were several people in the store and the phone was also ringing. The only member of staff on duty David ( Dave ) in the whole of the store was courteous friendly and polite remaining calm and professional. We had checked the range of availability on line but hoped to be able to view the products in store. The headboard was on view and we were pleased with the overall appearance and quality so with David’s help purchased the product David hospitality didn’t waver under the pressure and remained in full control offering drinks and taking the time to explain the paperwork etc. Overall a good experience for us under which must have been an extreamly difficult working day for David !

Your employee absolutely knew the products available for our specific requirements and dealt with our enquiry extremely effectively! He was a down to earth man with a straight forward yet charming manner.
