Dreams - Norwich

Staff were very welcoming, attentive but we did not feel pestered. We unfortunately bought the wrong mattress for us last time around, so it was very important that we spent time picking right one this time. Matt was very good and helped with any questions we had. We felt comfortable enough to take our time to make our decision.

Good product knowledge. Happy for us to leave and check his statements before coming back to buy. Friendly non pushy approach which suits us fine and good humerous banter which made the overall purchase experience a good one. Fully explained all the small print before purchasing and happy to haggle over the price to beat a competitor

We decided it was time we needed a new mattress and we thought we would look at what was available to us. We hadn't even planned to purchase anything today but we were very impressed with the price and the comfort of this mattress as well as the service provided by Dave we decided to go ahead and purchase it.

I was looking for something specific I had seen on a previous visit. I could not find it but when I asked and assistant they were able to direct me immediately to the product. They asked if I needed more help and remained available but not pushy. They were polite and helpful, offered me a coffee or tea ( and it was nice coffee!) and went through everything with me. Sometimes buying big items as I did can be stressful, but today it was actually stress-free and even enjoyable! Many thanks, Matt.
