Had what I wanted.

The store was not busy during my visit. I was able to receive assistance quickly. Information was received with no pressure to make final decision.

We came into store only to look and get more knowledge on certain matresses, David was exceptionally knowledgeable and had great patience with us as we had our 10 month old baby with us. We encountered a very strange customer who was jumping all over the beds and started kicking off to th staff. The assistant manager handled the situation very swiftly and tried to keep the noisy customer away from everyone else, we did feel very uncomfortable at one point but david was very reassuring. We came away very happy all because david was great and very helpful. Thank you to all the staff at the Norwich branch!

David was fantastic assuring in the choice of matress for My 7 year olds bed. Brilliant salesman, approachable and knowledable also.

The assistant (Matt) was very friendly, but not too pushy. He offered us a cup of tea or coffee and made us feel welcome.
