When we arrived at your dreams store in Norwich we were greeted by Dave who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service in assisting us. As my partner suffers with a bad back, Dave went above and beyond in making sure we were trying/testing the correct mattresses which would suit him for his back. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Dave he answered all my questions and gave me the information i needed to make the right decision.

Dennis was very friendly, helpful, relaxed and in no way pushy. He came across as wanting to make sure we had the best products for our needs rather than pushing sales on high price or certain brands of item. He answered any questions we had and couldnt have been nicer. A real difference ans improvement from other stores we went to that day where it seemed their questions were just to see how much they could sell you! A real credit to your staff.

I'm a widowed pensioner and buying a new mattress for the first time on my own. I didn't really know anything about pocket springs, memory foam etc and your young assistant Matthew couldn't have been more helpful and patient than if he'd been helping his own grandmother. Everything was explained from the colour coding of the pillows to the number of springs, I was even offered a coffee. There was no hurry and I was encouraged to look at and try everything to be sure I made the best choice for my needs. Well done Dreams, I will be back if I'm still around in ten years time.

My husband and my first visit to a Dreams Store. After TV adds we decided to check out the store as we were looking for a new mattress, pleased by the range, and the staff member Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable. We decided to purchase a new tempur mattress
