Matt was quick and prompt which is exactly what we asked for. He understood our needs and wants and came accross really genuine. Was a pleasure to be assisted by him. We were also shown around by another man who suggested the mattress alternative to the kendall which was perfect. Thank you both.

We knew what sort of bed we wanted to buy and found what we were looking for very quickly. When making the purchase, the sales assistant Dave was very helpful and cheerful. We were given a choice of delivery dates and was able to choose a day that was suitable for us.
