Had what we wanted at a reasonable price, could deliver in a reasonable timescale

My Wife and I went in the shop just to look as I thought that the shop would be more expensive than the shop we last went into 5 mins before. In the first shop we found what we were looking for as all we thought of doing was furnishing the spare room. We thought to go to 'Dreams' just to say that we gave the completion a look over. We spent less time in 'Dreams' and with the no pressure help from the salesman, (Sean), we found a better looking, better quality bed and mattress that will now go in our room. Best of all is we saved well over £100.00 compared to the first shop. With a fast delivery time the wait for a great nights sleep, (expectingly), is nearly over.

Assistant(Matt, B336) was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at placing our order.

Staff were attentive but not pushy; knowledgeable and friendly. Store nice and clean and bright.

We came in a few times as not sure what to choose & never felt any pressure from the sales guys. When we were ready Dennis was very friendly & patient with us whilst we told him exactly what we wanted with many interruptions from the kids. Came away happy after ordering 2 new beds

Kieran validation COD B336 was excellent he made us a drink did not pressure us he made the sale the mattress. Also the delivery men were excellent too.

We said that we preferred sprung mattresses so the sales person showed us the coloured band (Green) on the bedsteads that were the type we liked. There was a very nice collection of high quality beds & mattresses in which we then made our choice. The transaction was quick and ended with a handshake, we were made to feel valued as a customer. We were very impressed with the knowledge of Dave who dealt with us with our purchase. We were offered a drink which we accepted and were shown to a comfortable seating area. This was much appreciated as I recently had an operation and needed to sit and have a rest.

We knew roughly what we wanted. Colleague helped us choose & was efficient & friendly. I’d like Dave to assist me next time we visit
