Staff where helpful and friendly and we was given lots of help to select the correct bed for my husband as he has Parkinsons

This is the best service I've had in a store that specialises in beds and matresses. The sales person was outstanding!

It was our first time buying a mattress and my partner and I didnt know what to expect but we when we were in store we were approached by someone who listened to our situation explained the layout of the store and made sure we knew we could ask for assistance. He then encouraged us to take our time and try out as many beds as we like but then backed off a little so he didnt crowd us. This made us feel really comfortable and as though we could really take our time trying out beds but then as soon as we had any questions there was someone we could ask. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff were very helpful, as we entered the store we were offered coffee, the salesman then allowed us time on our own to browse the beds, no pushy sales talk just knowledgable information when needed, overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

The store manager (Kieran) was very patient although he was on his own and there were plenty of customers. He spent a good amount of time with me and answered all my questions before I placed the order.

Kieran was absolutely brilliant and his product knowledge was second to none. We were really stuck deciding which mattress to go for and he was incredibly patient and even stayed a WHOLE HOUR after work to assist us. He was cheerful, personable and a pleasure to do business with.

Very smooth process purchasing a mattress

No pressure was applied and the store person was very helpful in describing each product - time was spent trying out different mattresses as I have a spinal problem and needed to be sure that I felt comfortable also the fact that assistance could be used to dispose of old mattress was very helpful

Dave was very helpful in taking the time to find us a mattress that was right for us. Very easy and quick transaction. No stress involved! Looking forward to our first night in our new bed!

Both the staff I spoke to(Dennis and Sean) were very helpful
