We were made to feel very welcome by your staff, offered a welcome cup of tea. Nothing was too much trouble. For this i would like to say a big thankyou.

Sean (Dreams, Sprowston Retail Oark, Norwich)was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and seemed to want to make sure that I chose the best products for me. He suggested getting two separate wardrobes as this could be more flexible in the future and he was absolutely right. I should receive my order in about 6 weeks and can’t wait,

Dave who works at your Norwich store, was fantastic. Informed him what I was looking for (ottoman double bed with wheels and bottom opening and not gigantic frame). Took me straight to bed I asked for (really surprised) Told me there was different colours available. When we went to do the paper Work asked if I would like a drink while we went through the Jargon. Very happy that I could choose a date for delivery giving myself Time to dispose of my bed. Overall great experience -lovely chap who came Over very sincere and told to phone if need any more information.

The sales assistant Matt was really though he explained all about the different fillings of the mattress he is a very friendly and helpful young man, the idea of changing a mattress that is comfortable was a a daunting but he put our minds at rest after going through all the closest options of what we have to what is now available, the idea of being able to return it if it's wrong was definitely the deciding factor, but if Matt hadn't of served us we wouldn't have bought a new mattress, a lovely young man, extremely happy with our shopping experience, Matt is an asset to your company.

Dave was very friendly and helpful and seemed a generally nice guy. Had lots of knowledge of the products. Would have liked a little more discount. I.e. offered the cover for 8 years would have been a nice gesture.

Have made purchases in this store before and have always ben very pleased with the assistance given by staff members. You never feel as if they are trying to push you into purchasing anything. Always helpful.
