The staff were very helpful and didn't mind changing the order when the wife wanted to change the order.

Offered Coffee or tea on entering store. Lovely coffee ... btw .. Asked 're 4ft mattress shown and left to try great customer service and enjoyed the banter in shop with staff they are a great team. Felt happy.

Got what I wanted

I was very satisfied with my experience because I was left to look round the store by ourselves without keep being hassled and when I was ready to talk to someone they were very obliging.

Curtious and friendly staff. They where very helpful and met all our needs. Our salesperson Sean was extremely helpful
