Polite helpful staff. No pressure to purchase. Given time to look around.

Friendly staff. Very good product knowledge. Once we told him what we were looking for he explained the colour coding and then left us to browse. No hard sell. He then explained in depth what the mattress was compiled of when we had chosen. Nice experience.

Matt was extremely helpful and had a good knowledge of products. He was happy to advise us on finding the right mattress and was very patient with us! He had a friendly manner and is definitely an asset to the Dreams team. Thanks

The staff were knowledgeable, willing to listen and offer good alternatives, they appeared to know the product range and were able to advise accurately and succinctly.

We were allowed to walk around the store before being approached by the salesman. After a while we were asked if we needed help and his knowledge of the product was very good. Sean was extremely helpful and I was impressed with how quick we could have delivery. I am unable to comment on the product as we have not had delivery yet.
