Very well presented,polite, considerate member of staff, gave his time and I didn’t feel rushed or pressurised into making a decision. Made sure I was happy and went through order details with me before putting it through. Relaxed atmosphere, although very professional.

Because we found what we had in mind before our visit. But I cannot say if our purchase is value for money (re the previous question) because we have not achieved it yet !

Great service, not too pushy but there when we needed him and huge amount of knowledge to back it up.

The salesman, Matthew, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. His tea making skills were first class. He was a lovely young man.

Dear Sir /Madam, I have never purchased anything from dreams before so when my wife and I walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile from the assistant who helped us with our purchase of a double bed with drawers in which we wanted he explained in detail what the bed was made of which again was what we wanted and now we cant wait to try it out hopefully a good night sleep .

good customer service even though the salesman was relatively new to the job. even after shopping around the bed price was very competitive even though budget was limited. all staff very friendly and helpful. an all round good experience at the Norwich store..
