We were highly satisfied with Sean's knowledge and pleasure in helping us, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was polite and very professional at all times. We also like the way he didn't jump on us the minute we walked into the store he allowed us to look for a few minutes then asked us very politely if we needed help but was not pushy in this at all. The store looked immaculate too and Sean very kindly offered us a drink which was very unexpected. Sean certainly deserves a 10 out of 10.

Dennis, the sales advisor, was welcoming without being pushy. He was attentive when I needed him and very informative. It was great that there was a lift in store and coffee available. The whole experience was relaxed but very efficient.

Very prompt and courteous staff involvement (Matt) who took time to ensure we were buying the correct items at a good price. We would recommend this Norwich store to friends and family.

The staff were extremely friendly offering my husband and I tea when we first arrived. They answered any questions we had and explained the product we purchased very well.

Dave from the Norwich store greeted us on arrival and asked if we needed any help, we had already chosen the bed online which we also purchased in store however we wanted a mattress and as soon as we told Dave it was for our 9 year old Son he knew exactly what we would need. His product knowledge was on point!

Dear Sir /Madam ,I placed the order over the phone but the person I spoke to was Matt (Mathew) who was the same person from which I ordered the bed from the store he was very helpful and sent me an e-mail confirming my order which I have now printed out .thank you Michael Wood . satisfied customer .
