Dreams - Norwich

Product range was good and staff were attentive without being pushy. Allowed me and the wife to look and test without feeling pressured.I believe I was given good advice when got down to choice between three items, balanced needs to quality and cost.

We were asked if we needed help when we walked in and we said not at this time, we were then left to try out mattress s with out being bothered. When we needed help the shop assistance was very friendly and helpful.

It was simple in store,you had a good range,the staff helped to fine tune choices and the prices were not over the top.

My wife and I came to Dreams at the Spowston retail park with the intention of buying new beds as quickly and easily as possible. were seen very quickly by staff members Matt and Sean. It was a very hot day and we were immediately offered bottles of water. They showed us what we needed and left us to try the firmness of all the beds at our leisure. We bought 2 beds as well as pillows and other bedding. Matt and Sean could not have been more friendly and made the shopping experience a pleasure.

Kieran was incredibly helpful, but not pushy in any way. We were made to fell relaxed and not rushed. We were offered tea/coffee a couple of times during our visit and he was very engaging with our 9 year old daughter whose bed we were looking to buy. I cannot fault Kieran and the other members of staff who were all very friendly and welcoming, it made it a refreshing change. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family and would be very happy to shop there again when we next need anything in that line of furniture.

We were welcomed by Sean (asst Manager) who was extremely welcoming - he allowed us plenty of time and space to browse but was immediately on hand when we required help. Sean was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but at no point did we feel pressured to buy or to buy a particular item - he made some really helpful suggestions but also give us the space to make our own decisions and thoughts as this was a considered purchase. I cannot praise him highly enough and Sean made our shopping experience at dreams excellent. We had almost decided to buy elsewhere but the service we received at the Norwich store convinced us that Dreams was the best option for us.

We were approached by Sean and he offered us advice in choosing a mattress, offered tea which we declined and left us to choose without hassling us. He then offered further advice to help us choose.

It was a quick efficient service. DAVE knew wgat he was rslkjng about and was very friendly and helpful.
