Kriean was friendly, open and understanding. Helped tailor our shopping experience very personally to our needs and took us through the journey. If we had the money we would had signed up for the protection which would obviously had helped kriean sales. But do not put that down to a poor pitch. We went to mattress man before dreams and the customer service provided by Kriean was miles better.

We went to buy 2beds with a sum of money to spend and the product fell into that cat agora job done as easy as that

I went in to look for a simple bed frame for my spare room and a possible new mattress for myself. I was met by Sean who offered me a drink and asked what I was after. He immediately pointed me in the right direction of the bed frames that I was after. I was in two minds whether to get a new mattress for myself or a cheap one for the new bed. With the price of the frame I choose it meant that I could look at a more expensive mattress for myself :) I was then meet by Dave who took me round to try out the different mattresses, comparing sprung to Tempur. He answered all my questions, explained the difference and allowed me to have ample time to allow the tempur mattress to work its magic and I was sold. I was offered a latte and given time to decide how I would like to pay. The banter and relaxing atmosphere that was had with the guys in store made the experience fun and it had reaffirmed that they had listened to what I wanted and I was very happy with my purchases.

We had a very enjoyable experience shopping for our sons new bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The order process was quick and efficient.
