Very good shop and staff

David at Norwich Dreams was absolutely brilliant. Found us exactly what we was looking for, with an ease and a smile!

On the 2 occasions I visited Dennis and Laurence were extremely helpful but also gave us space to browse and shop. We was greeted politely and offered various things like pillows to try mattresses with and also refreshments.

Collin who took our order and infact all the other team members where really attentive and went out of thier way to help us. Felt really welcome, they were all knowledgeable and made sure we understood our choices and gave very good advice.

Laurence at the norwich store was really helpful friendly and gave us a hassle free straight forward experience.

I had researched the beds online and knew what I wanted to order. Sean instore asked about my need and also advised on the slat type, which is something I wasn't previously aware of.

Advice was exactly as required. Very good stock of products. Good lead time.

Came into store and greeted by David. Offered a drink and asked about my needs. I was unsure so took me to a machine to find what mattress was best suited. The bed was cleaned before use and David asked me questions about the way I sleep and pain points. The bed moved and adapted to my sleep and I could see the process on a screen. After the machine gave me choices of mattresses best suited to me. David recommend a pillow for my sleep type and tried the mattresses as per the results of the sleep machine. I found the mattress I wanted and we wrapped up the sale. David offered me a quick delivery date and discussed other bits like the 30 day exchange, mattress toppers, duvets and pillows. I was offered more water thanked for my business and left. David and my experience was 100% from start to finish!
