The staff were not pushy but were there if and when needed,and very nice.

We have a new build house with very stringent room dimentions. I took measurements prior to going and we were determined to have a slightly larger Ottoman type divan. The staff took the time to understand our requirements and what we were after; and helped us find options to go through. Furthermore, extra time and attention was taken over my wife who is 17 weeks pregnant and as such has changing comfort requirements - she tried loads of mattress options. Finally it was really heartening that you offer discount to military personnel. Please consider yourselves an example to other mainstream UK companies. And thank you for your help.

Matt approached and said hello. Explained all the mattress differences. Told us to make sure we lay down and find a comfortable one, then left us to look around without hovering! Once we seemed to have decided, he again came over and helped us decide. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He made us a drink before sorting out payment. Everything was explained, things like order number highlighted and ensured we were happy before paying. Very satisfactory shopping experience 😃

The staff are very approaching and helpful. We had a warm welcome in the front door and they offered us a drink if needed. When we are looking for the size and price of a product, one of the staff (Matt, in Norwich store) introduced different types of products to us which is very helpful. Overall the service is excellent and I will definitely introduce my friend and relatives to visit this store again if they need a new bed.
