Staff are helpful and there when you need them but they do not badger you - you are free to browse without someone breathing down your neck

We were helped by David and he could sell snow to innuits. He was so helpful, I must have changed my mind a few times but he persevered with us lol! We were offered drinks the whole time we were there which was much appreciated. The quality of beds we were shown was amazing and I'm sure we'll be happy with our purchase. The manager was of great help too, both gents were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend dreams in Norwich, you have a great team there.

The salesman , Sean, was very attentive and knowledgeable but at the same time allowed us the time to browse unhindered. Colour coding of mattresses was very helpful.
