Dreams - Norwich

We were welcomed to dreams and asked if we would like any help. We were also given time to browse but dreams colleagues were never far away and were able to answer any questions quickly.

Matthew the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

Welcomed by Matthew in store who initially greeted us. Then left us alone to look around store, however was always attentive when we asked for help. Really pleased with product ordered, all though no delivery till October as requested. However price has been reduced since we were in store so will be following that up like Matthew explained to us in full detail.

There was a good select of mattresses, especially the foam type on display. Choosing a mattress is not easy, there is a very large selection of different types available, which can leave you very confused. This process is made easier if the sales person can explain the various option available, and point out their pros and cons. I buy many things online, but for this product, you have to be able to see and try.

Excellent service, knowledgeable assistant, prompt delivery

We were greeted as soon as we went in the store. Allowed time to view at our leisure and told if we needed any information to not hesitate to ask. We were asked if we would like a coffee or tea and as I said I did not drink hot drinks I was made aware there was iced water. We were not hurried and all our questions were answered by David. We were shown different mattresses and given an explanation of sprung base etc and how they work. We were shown how the ottoman beds work as this is what we were interested in. We were shown swatches from different headboards and bed bases so we could make our choice. Once we had decided on base, mattress and headboard he calculated the price. We spent a bit more than we had intended to but feel that you get what you pay for. You cannot compromise on comfort. We completed the questions necessary online taking advantage of the interest free option. This was completed and delivery date was arranged to suit us. We are now looking forward to our new bed. Having sold our own we are making do with 2 single beds that our grandchildren use on sleepovers. We would like to thank David for his help and knowledge.
