Matthew at your Norwich store was very good and explained everything about the product I decided to buy and went through the ordering process fully. He answered any questions in detail and made sure I understood all we went through. Extremely friendly and made my visit a pleasure.

we went to the Norwich store and from the moment we walked in the gentleman Dennis helped us, we explained what we were looking for and he advised us on various items he then made us a lovely hot drink and left us to wonder at our leisure but always in the back ground to ask questions, he helped with the order and his other colleague was also just as accommodating they are a credit to you, our delivery is going to be 4 days from order fantastic no more sleepless night or backache. it is so nice these days to get people to help you with out her dsell well done Norwich

Allowed to look round without being pested by shop staff but they were there when needed to ask any questiong or needed assistance.
