On the two occasions we have visited the store we have been treated very well.

From the moment we walked into the store we were greated by an extremely helpful and friendly sales advisor. I felt confident we were going to be advised and receive good service throughout the visit.

We wanted a quality mattress at an affordable price. That's what we got. We tried various before making our choice. As it happened it was one on offer.

It's very difficult to decide what new mattress to buy. However Dennis in the Norwich store was so helpful. Without being in any way pushy he explained in easily understandable terms the various types enabling us to make a final decision. Thank you very much Dennis.

Get the products that I need with good quality and acceptable price. Friendly & helpful staffs.

Sean and Kieran at the Norwich store were friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They made the whole purchasing process, from selection of products to payment, as straightforward as possible. Having spent a good proportion of my working life in customer service, it's always a pleasure to recognise excellent service in others and give praise where it is due.
