Staff were helpful and at hand but did not crowd you.

The staff were friendly and we shared jokes etc. So was a nice experience as I was shopping for a matress. I found what I was looking for which was easy enough with the wide selection that were on display. I had enough varieties to choose from. it is good that each bed / matress have a good description of being soft / medium / firm to help with selecting the right matress that I required.

The assistants welcomed us to the store, as i knew what i was looking for I did not need immediate help and they understood and left us to look at the product. When we decided to buy we were advised on delivery and offered disposal of the old bed, we were offered other products and if we said no we were not given a hard sell. The assistant who helped us was friendly and professional. Overall it was a really good experience.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the massive range of products available to view / test. The ability to purchase the product on credit.

The knowledge of the staff and politeness and helpfulness. The problem of the sun dazzling through the upper windows only needs blinds fitting for when sun is that side of the building.

Matt took all the stress out of , what we thought would be , a long and difficult chore. His excellent knowledge of all the products, his pleasant demeanour and non pushy nature took all the stress out of the whole process. Pleasantly surprised by the care and attention we received and the simplicity of the store layout. Top marks all round.

Walked in greeted by salesman , explained the colours , prices etc left us alone ( not pushy ) which was a pleasure , We had a few questions which he found the answers for , Placed an order smooth from start to completion , just hope the matress is good ,
