Dreams - Norwich

Did not know what type of mattress we were looking for, given plenty of time, no hassle from any of the staff, although they were on hand to answer any queries and questions. Hope we have purchased the correct mattress for our needs, but feel happy that we have the option to change after 30 nights should we have problems. Buying was not the terrible experience of previous shopping trips. First time shop at Dreams...found it to be less stressful than anticipated.

We went in to buy a matress and a bed as myself and my partner were having trouble with the one we have. The salesman was so helpful and couldnt do enough to help us. He was very knowlagable about the types of matresses and what we may like. He wasnt pushy and told us to go away and then come back to make sure we had chosen the right one for us. He took the time with us as customers, without making us feel like we had to buy a product. Overall we came away very satisfied with our purchase, and although we spent more than we had wanted to, we new it was worth it.

We spent a lot of time trying the bed of our choice and comparing with others. David and all the staff were very friendly and informative regarding the products but without being intrusive and allowing us to make our minds up. We were made to feel relaxed and the whole family were offered refreshments which was much appreciated.

The staff were helpful and knew what they were talking about. and not pushy. The visit to this store was stress free. THANK YOU

We went to Dreams over eight years ago for our last bed And mattress we were so pleased from that purchase didn’t hesitate to go back there. Didn’t look elsewhere.

Matt at the Norwich branch in Swaffham was brilliant. He said hello, offered us a tea and allowed us time to browse in peace until we were ready to talk. He was straight talking and allowed us time to think of the options without a hard sell.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service from the lovely Dennis. Came away having purchased what we were looking for within the budget I had in mind and helped when considering access due to our stairs in our old cottage

Dennis was very helpful regarding the composition of the various mattresses and the different qualities.

We have been looking for a new mattress for some and the options at dreams fitted our requirements

The staff gave us time to look around and approached us with a greeting but did not the sale push .
