The great service and knowledge of the staff. They were not pushy at all, polite and gave us time to look. Offered us tea or coffee whilst we were orderning. Also the price promise, and the comfort promise on the mattress.

The salesman Dennis was very helpful in helping me find the correct beds for my needs. He gave me all the information I required then allowed me time to browse before placing my order. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I was reassured enough so can be confident that my purchase will meet my expectations.

The staff were polite and friendly. The meneber of staff who took my order talked me through the options for added extras. I am moving into a new build house and was unsure about delivery, the staff reassured that I could book delivery and as long as I gave 72 hours notice this could be changed. Very helpful

As we’d visited the store a few weeks before we were able to tell the salesman exactly what we wanted & unlike so many he listened, was very friendly & put the order through & we were very happy customers when we left

Our assistant Matt in Norwich was very knowledgeable and helpful but not to the point where it was annoying and we felt pressured. He answered our questions, checked we understood and told us where we would be if we needed him and came right back when we did. He even made us a cup of tea that was lovely! A very good shopping experience. Thank you

From the initial greeting as I entered the store, I was given time and space to browse until I wanted advice and time from Dave and Kieran, there was no heavy prompting or verbal speal from either. I asked questions and got knowledgable and direct replies. I was offered a cup of tea and the process from choosing my items to purchasing, checking all paper work with Dave to leaving the store was a delight. A colleague from work recommended 'Dreams' to me and I shall certainly recommend highly to others. Very satisfied with the bed and mattress and the quality of customer service.
