David was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, pointed us in the right direction when we experienced indecision. He was a top bloke, dreams are lucky to have such a character working for them. The store manager kerian was also very helpful and friendly and it was clearly evident the chemistry between them worked well.

Dave the shop assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us worthwhile advice on determining from selection of beds which would suit us. He also had great personality, leaving smiles and a good feeling during and after purchase. Well done.

We were served by Dennis at Sprowston Norwich. We found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking for a comfortable spring/pocket sprung mattress. Dennis advised us on available mattresses and we returned after discussing and decided on a medium rated Silent Night Mattress. When we were first married some 46 years ago, the only piece of furniture we could afford and insisted on was a Silent Night Silver Seal Mattress, we had the mattress for some 20 years,if this mattress is half as comfortable then we will be very satisfied. WE WERE HELPED VERY WELL BUT IT WAS NOT PUSHY SALES, WE WERE ADVISED WHERE NEEDED AND GIVEN A CUP OF COFFEE WHILST WE SHOPPED. DENNISE, THE SALESMAN WAS QUITE NEW AT THE JOB, BUT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL OR PLEASENT. WE ARE THRILLED WITH OUR PURCHASE AND WE HAVE IT BY CHRISTMAS.

Very professional and efficient service

The sales person/assistant manager at the Norwich store was experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful. This made all the difference as we were shopping around and we found other retailers didn't come close to the level of service we had at Dreams. We will definitely recommend you and visit the store again in the future.
