Dreams - Norwich

It was a good experience and Dennis was very helpful and all the questions I asked he was able to answer so I understood it all. I tried several beds and after consulting with my friend and Dennis about what I was looking for we found the right one for me and the purchase was made.

Both Kieran and Matt unhurriedly explained the features of the beds and mattresses and gave us some free time to make our decision. They went out of their way to help us and to take us through the complex sales process. We like the 30 days trial on the mattress and possibility of exchanging it and the assembly of the bed on site which Mattressman don't offer. It was a pleasant experience and we will recommend Dreams to others. Thank you for the free pillow too :-)

I was given lots of information about mattresses by well-informed staff, which helped me make my decision. I also enjoyed my cup of tea. Nothing to do with the staff, but the computers played up which slowed things down slightly and only some of the colours were available for the divan base - these were the only slight negatives.

Service was good there were lots of mattresses to try. Delivery was efficient

Dennis was the salesman who dealt with our order and we were very happy with how he dealt with us. He gave us time to have a look around on our own but was readily available when we needed his assistance. We did not feel pressurised to purchase and generally, the staff were welcoming and helpful

All dealt with as you would hope, no problems, Dennis was very helpful and friendly.

All in all I was completely satisfied with the service we received, particularly from David (West Ham supporter) who was absolutely brilliant !!!!!!!!!!

We visited the Dreams store at the Sprowston Retail Park near Norwich. We had previously made a purchase there and had been highly satisfied with the service received. On this occasion we were served by Dennis, he was very friendly, helpful and professional. You stocked a bed frame we liked, the colour coding in store helped us to find a suitable mattress. The main reason for our high level of satisfaction was Dennis, in particular the way he handled our questions and then processed the order. He made us feel confident in our purchase, helpful but not pushy (a rare quality these days). We loved his polite “old school” approach, authentic service with a smile.
