Our assistant, Paul, was fantastic. nothing was too much trouble, he was friendly, honest and knowledgable and made us feel welcome and never felt time pressured. We spent 5 times the amount we planned to but we are very happy with our purchase. Great service, no hard sell.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Kieran, the manager of the store in Norwich. Exceptionally friendly and helpful, offered a cup of tea, and he really listened and offered advice to what we were after. We were given pillows, likened to the ones we would use at home, advised to lay on the mattresses as we would sleep at home. Extremely helpful and lead to our choice of bed/mattress.

We were amazed with the amount of time and patience Kieran paid to us. I thnk we tried every bed that was applicable to our needs. He never once gave the impression we were being difficult or was wasting his time. He gave us pillows to use on each bed which we carried around all the time and placing on each bed. We have never been in a shop to purchase a large item and be shown as much attention as were given by Keiran.

Service was excellent from start to finish. We were not pushed to make a decision, allowed time to consider and all questions were answered and we were happy with advice given.

Staff friendly and polite, offered help, but not pushy. Dennis gave very clear information about delivery etc...

I was very happy with the service we received. The staff were attentive, but also gave us space to look around the products. There was a good range of products in the shop and the staff took time to discuss our options with us.

It was a good experience to visit Dreams. 'Dennis' was helpful in advising me when l needed him, otherwise he stayed in the background and left me and my family to have a good look around and try laying on beds. In the final decision his advice was very important for me.
