We were offered teas and coffees whilst trying the beds out for comfort and someone was always there to ask questions whilst not being imposing. Matt was knowledgeable on the specific beds we were looking for but was not pushy in looking at other types of bed. He asked what types of pillows we normally have so we could use them whilst trying out the beds, which was a nice touch.

The assistant who helped me was patient, knowledgeable and not at all pushy.

Our visit was quite relaxing. We saw what we wanted and bought it. David's knowledge of mattresses is great. He told us all about their composition and how to look after them. Will definately go back if we need another bed. Thank you David.

We were helped by Matt who answered all our queries and did not pressure us in any way. This helps a great deal when we were not rushed into buying the bed in question and even went shopping and then returned to purchase the bed. We wish all salesmen were more like Matt and not put under pressure which puts us off buying anything. Thank you. D.Hume
