Excellent service and in depth knowledge of products by Kieran. Accurate and in depth analysis by the in house computer system of our individual requirements and the type of mattress we needed to give us a supported and restful nights sleep.

Sean who helped us with purchasing our new Bed and New Mattress was very friendly and helpful.

The assistant was highly knowledgeable of all the products and the machine was accurate to pick out the type of mattress to suit our needs. We were directed by the assistant to the types and manufacturers of the mattresses which met our needs. Nothing was to much trouble, or to pushy. We are looking forward to the arrival of our new bed and many years of comfortable sleep.

We were looked after by Dennis who was a great guy. Quickly explained the colour coding system which saved a lot of time and he was very friendly and efficient. If more in-store experiences were like this them online shopping would be in decline. Thank you!

Member of staff was friendly and very efficient. Straight to dealing with my order over the phone with no problems. Happy with my delivery date, faster than i expected to arrive. Ive already purchased the same mattress before so know it's a fantastic one. Good value at half price in the sale.

Matt acknowledged us as we entered the store but left us to look around and get our bearings for a little while before coming to offer his assistance. He then talked us through the product ranges and left us to try out the beds. We then asked Matt a few questions about the specific mattress we were interested in and made our purchase. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided. We prefer this type of approach when purchasing goods rather than be pounced on straight away by the staff. Matt was very friendly, efficient and talked us through the steps of the order process, highlighting order number, delivery date etc. Sean was nearby and had a chat and thanked us for making a purchase. So overall we left the store feeling as though we were valued customers and nothing was too much trouble for Matt. Thankyou

The store had a great range of products on display, I was offered a hot drink within a minute of walking in, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the delivery date given was quicker than expected.

Matt,the Dreams colleague, was extremely knowledgeable,courteous and helpful.At no point was he pushy and allowed us all the time we needed to make our minds up about the mattress.He answered all our questions without hesitation.
