Dreams - Norwich

After explaining to the assistant what I was looking for and the help he gave in me finding the right product for me which led to sale and great service from young man. Good manners so polite and respectful

Not sure what we wanted, used the bedology machine, please with the choice given and pick one which was suitable

We have never brought a mattress before so it was a pretty daunting idea because we weren’t sure how to pick the right one. But as soon as we entered we were made to feel at ease by the staff espeacially Dennis (Norwich store). He offered us a tea or coffee when we entered and offered to make it himself as the machine was not working, he then explained the colour scheme of the bed and what they meant. Once we had had a wander around store he introduced us to a machine that would scan our sleeping positions so we could make the most informed decision when choosing a mattress. Once this was complete he showed use the mattresses that the machine had recommended and told us the colour we were looking for if we didn’t like any of those and with his help we were able to make an informed decision. When it came to ordering well that was a breeze, Dennis talked us through all the t&c’s and all the extras that we could get with the extras and surprised us with the delivery date of the Friday after we purchased the mattress. We are so pleased with how the store was and how friendly the staff and Dennis had been to us.

Very helpful staff member who answered all our questions. He made it clear when the delivery could take place and how much any add one would cost.

the Member of staff (Dennis) who dealt with my order was really friendly,had a nice manor & made my shopping experience good,gave me all the information I needed & left dreams store very satisfied,I usually hate shopping because of miserable shop assistants but hats off to Dennis. I also phoned to change my delivery date & yet again spoke to Dennis,he remembered me,they had problems with computer system & I said I would phone back later,but they phoned me back once it all got sorted,was impressed with this service.

We were left alone to look round ourselves, whereas Mattressman i felt we were hounded. We knew what we were looking for and the assisrant made our ordering very easy

We were served by David who was extremely helpful not pushy but knowledgeable. We were offered a drink and the whole process was stress free.
