First time customers so didn't know what to expect. On walking into the store we were greeted and within seconds we were introduced to Sean. Listened to what we required and immediately showed us to a range of mattresses to try. He answered all questions politely and efficiently. We were offered refreshments and was a very good service.

From the point of entry to the store we were greeted and offered complimentary drinks and assistance in helping understand the products available.

We were allowed to move around the store at ease, the salesman was there if needed, offer of tea or coffee was nice. And the final help and advice and sale was done in comfort.

Matthew was absolutely brilliant, he welcomed us in such a polite way and offered my little boy to sit and colour while he explained everything thoroughly to us, finding us the best deal that would suit our budget. Everything was done in such a timely manner. Matthew had a little quirk to him and kept us amused and educated whilst purchasing our new bed.

Staff member David was so help full it came as bit of a shock to be treated so well as we just came from Mattress man store just over the road from Dreams store we were left to look round the store on our own, staff were eating there lunch so no help at all from them. Came to your store David greated us as if we had been old mates .thank him for all his help please
