Matt was very knowledgeable and very friendly and we felt under no pressure to make a purchase and we weren't pushed to buy more expensive products than what we needed. He understood our requirements and our budget exceptionally well.

Very helpful staff member, giving useful information and options and then giving us space and time to decide. Processing placing the order very quick and efficient, offering refreshments while we were in store.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff members, this wasnt a decision we were going to take lightly as have been caught out before but Matt, the guy who helped us made our overall decision much better and couldnt of been more pleased.

When visiting the shop the member of staff politely asked if he could assist,we explained what we were looking for and we were then shown a number of Products that were as we required,and explanations given re the product. At no time were we pressured into buying,but after sometime we then made up our minds and the purchase finalised.
