David who we saw was knowledgeable very friendly and made you feel very welcome we liked his attitude and humour

Listened to what we wanted and narrowed down our search for us. Me and hubby have very different tastes in mattresses and we found one great for both of us which was surprising it was possible!!! The staff member was very knowledgable I liked him a lot.

Staff very friendly, welcoming, friendly, knowledgable. Gave us all the time we needed. There seemed to be good support between the colleagues

I WAS LOOKING FOR A OTTAMAN BED BUT WAS IN THE WRONG PART OF STORE I WAS DIRECTED TO THE CORRECT AREA AND FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND ALTHOUGH THE FIRST COLLEAGUE WAS WITH A CUSTOMER HE SOON FOUND ME MATTHEW WHO QUICKLY COMPLETED OUR TRANSACTION

On our arrival we were immediately asked if we needed any help the sales assistant had great knowledge of the products, he was polite friendly and honest and answered all our questions and didn’t push for a sale ( which can be very off putting in some places) he explained everything, overall an excellent experience, I have already been recommending to friends and family

Having been to other stores,we chose dreams as we were guided to what we were looking for,without any sales pressure. Matt, was expert in his knowledge and answered all our questions and even made us a hot chocolate whilst we were going through the sale. We will use dreams again and recommend the branch. Happy ,friendly sales staff and a credit to the store and team !

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. After spending a while mattress hopping the staff were on hand to guide me towards the best mattress for my needs. An overall good experience

We were greeted within a few minutes of entering the store by a friendly sales assistant who offered us a hot drink and asked if we were just browsing or needed some help. Dave was cheerful, friendly and helpful without being pushy. Our sleeping position was determined and Dave talked to us about the options based on the result. He was able to help us to make the most appropriate choice to meet our needs. As buying a mattress is a relatively large purchase, we wanted to be sure that we had made the right choice. It was reassuring to know that we can return the mattress if it isn't comfortable after a nights sleep!
