Very efficient staff who don't hassle you and let you choose whether you require assistance or not

There was a good selection to pick from,we were looked after as soon as we enreted the store.the gentleman who looked after us was lovely ,very friendly and explained every thing clearly to us it was a joy to shop.thankyou very much.

Very good range of products. Salesman explanation of products was very good. Salesman made appropriate recommendations and also left us in peace to think things over. There was no pushy sales pressure, we liked that.

Was not hassled while looking and very helpful when needed help

The assistant (Matthew) was very helpful and explained every thing we needed to know about delivery/recycling old mattress. He gave as the time we needed alone to discuss item and then we sought him out to go ahead with purchase.

We were greeted by Dave who was very helpful and informative without being pushy or intrusive. We were offered a coffee and advised on how to search for the best mattress for our needs, we even had the opportunity to use the special bed that assessed our requirements and gave us a list of suitable mattresses which was very helpful, especially as Dave then showed us where they were in store and discussed our preferences. He also gave us advice on pillows as well. Altogether a very happy experience and we've already recommended Dreams to friends and family.

Throughout the process we had friendly and professional service. Although we cancelled our order a couple of days later due to circumstances when dealing with this process the staff in the store could not have been more helpful and u derstanding, further more the customer service department who we we're referred to could not have been more helpful and professional which in my experience with other companies is normally the opposite especially if you are cancelling something. George dealt with our cancellation was extremely pleasant and good to his word when the e mail followed swiftly confirming everything.

The staff were very welcoming - offering tea/coffee while we browsed - and were on hand to help without being 'pushy' or following us around the store! Great customer service.

Everything was easily identifiable which helped to make my decision and purchase so easy
