The staff were very informative and friendly without being pushy. We were given the information we needed quickly and efficiently. We were just in the shop to have a first look - normally we take months to make any decisions but found the staff could answer all of our questions and had time for us even though the shop was very busy.

We were offered a hot drink almost immediately and it didn’t seem to matter if we were buying or not. In fact we went away but came back almost immediately as the service offered by the guy who served us exceptional.

So helpful not like other store made sure we were happy with our purchase showing us different beds

We were served by Dennis. They were friendly upon arrival and offered us a drink which was very nice. We had an assessment of our bed needs and they suggested a range of products. Very knowledgeable and helpful thorough out our visit. Dennis was excellent.

The staff were so helpful and not pushy at all, they explained the difference in each bed, I have been looking for a bed a whole year, so that's why I bought one that day. Plus your coffee was so tasty!!
