Greeted quickly by pleasant staff. The second visit I had my kids with me and they done some colouring and got given a lolly. Questions were answered quickly.

He was a pleasure to deal with, and we left feeling as though we had made the right choice for us, and were able to come to this choice naturally, rather than being given the 'hard sell'.
