Very friendly had a laugh and joke while there + got a free lolly which made mouth and tongue blue 😂

Really friendly helpful service, we came to dreams first then popped out to the other bed stores in our retail park before coming back to dreams. The range of choices, helpful (non pushy) staff were all a welcome relief as we’re not very keen on being sold to. Our final purchase was made with Sean at the Norwich branch and he was super efficient.

Dennis greeted us at the door and quickly ascertained what we were looking for. He showed us to the area, we were looking for a mattress for a childs bunk bed. He outlined the items available, showed us where they were and gave us the prices. He then left us to look at the items and make up our minds. When we had decided and went to place an order Dennis was readily available and processed our order in a matter of minutes. No fuss, no bother, very efficient.

We were greeted by a very well dressed polite young man called Matt very knowledgeable and understood exactly our requirements. He was very patient and offered us coffee and was in no hurry to get us to make any decisions. We had visited other stores but found the products in this store to be top quality. We were so pleased with everything rather Than just purchasing the one electric bed we planned for we bought two.

We received excellent service from Matt. He was very attentive and answered all our questions clearly. We didn't feel rushed and appreciated his help in guiding us through the numerous options available, arriving at a final decision we were very comfortable with. In more ways than one!
