Dave at The Norwich branch was very helpful friendly and knowledgable. Made mattress shopping easy

The assistant was extremely helpful there was a good selection of items to choose from and there was no pressure put upon us to buy.

I had viewed the items I wished to buy online, but wanted to see them in store , the bed frame was exactly as it looked online and great quality, the Magenta mattress wasn’t in store but the staff showed me very similar items to try. The staff didnt pressurise me, it was relaxed and I enjoyed making my purchase! The staff Dennis and Matt were both lovely

We needed a mattress and there was a good range of mattresses available for examination. The staff were helpful without being pushy and they gave us plenty of space and time. The staff member also had good ideas about how we should test the mattresses to best approximate usual sleeping attitude. The store was clean and spacious.

From the moment I stepped into the store I received a warm and friendly welcome and was offered assistance if I so required or I should I be just browsing I would be left to wander as I so choose. As I required assistance, the sales person was both well informed and informative and gave very detailed advise in a friendly manner being neither pompous nor condescending. At no time did I feel rushed into making any decision. It was like shopping with a knowledgeable friend.

Colleague extremely helpful and knowledgeable gave us all the info required to make a decision without being too pushy which I greatly appreciated
