Mathew at the Salhouse road Norwich branch was very friendly and helpful and went through a lot of information with us for the right mattress to suit our needs

My needs were I identified and was shown the right products in the selection of colours. I had coffee it was nice I tried the sleep tester to see the mattress I required it was good. I liked the staff all friendly but not pushy and seemed to generally care. I had a good experience Sandra drake

Dennis the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about past products that I had bought and informed us of the products that had replaced the mattress that I had purchased back in 2016. Dennis even tried to look at the system to see when I last bought an item, but because it was at a different location wasn’t able to advise me what I had bought. Which was back in 2011. Dennis was very apologetic that he couldn’t get me the information as we went in on on 2nd Jan 2022 and customer services was closed.

The shop was easy to walk round and displays were well presented. I liked how the staff just left me to browse instead of like some places hard sell as soon as you walk in. Liked it when a gentleman staff member asked if we would like a cup of tea or water. This is the first time I've bought a mattress myself....because I have a collapsed disc in my back the mattress is critical to me being comfortable so I get to choose now lol. Payment was easy and I was given options and delivery looks to be as easy too Great shop great staff I will return when needs be and recommend......thank you dreams.

Colleagues were very friendly, I asked for a recommendation for a mattress and got a very helpful response. Tested the mattress and ordered it straight away without any problems, very good price range for all mattress and beds

Dave was attentive and took the time to listen to our needs. Our experience at the store was pleasant without stress. We left satisfied that we had been looked after and our overall needs met. Hopefully it will be a while before we need to buy another mattress but when we do Dreams will be our first port of call.
