Sales person ( Kieran) was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and spent along time with us to ensure that we got the exact match of mattress, bed and pillows for our needs particularly as my wife has MS and suffers severe back and neck pain. Overall a very pleasant and trouble free experience.

Denis was extremely helpful, but also let us wander round on our own. When we chose what we wanted he answered our questions with experience and was friendly and humorous. When we came to make the purchase we had coffee, felt comfortable and not rushed. Very pleased with the 50% offer on duvets and pillows. Overall a pleasant sales experience.

Friendly staff, however, they were not over bearing. Answered all questions and did not try and sell us a higher priced product just for the sake of it.
