Matthew was very attentive yet not pushy and allowed us to browse. He seemed to know when we were needing more assistance and came over at the right times. Very good interaction with our Son including him in the conversations.

I was very satisfied with the result of my visit. The young man who I dealt with was Matthew. He explained how the mattress was made and was very patient with me as I tried to explain the reason why I was looking for a new mattress. I felt he was interested in trying to actually sell me a mattress that was suitable for my needs and not just as a Sale for himself. The packet for the old mattress to be taken in has arrived today.
