Friendly helpful from start of purchase to delivery...

We thought that the staff member who processed our order was absolutely outstanding. he was helpful, directed us to the right products and assisted in every way possible.

When I first entered the store I was offered a cup of coffee which was very nice I was shown several beds and the assistant was very knowledgeable he told me he had only been the the company for 4 weeks but he was very good and he answered all my questions he sold me just what I wanted.

Staff very friendly and knowledgable without being pushy. Liked the sleep position analysis.

Greeted by friendly staff the young lady called a man over to help me (David) who was so helpful as I'm disabled I needed a lot of help I wasn't rushed. A great experience thankyou so much.

Dennis made us feel at ease from the moment we walked into the store. Friendly and unassuming, When we explained we already had a mattress just needed a bedframe, he was charming in his demeanour and graciously pointed us in the right direction where we immediately found our dream bed. The whole experience was a joy.
