Dreams - Norwich

We were invited to take a look around & asked if we require any help. I explained what we were looking for & Dennis advised the colour banding category for the mattresses and which sections would probably be more beneficial to our needs. We were offered drinks & he was very calm, friendly towards my children. We were not pushed into a sale out of our budget. Dennis made sure everything was explained & advised if we did require any more help he would be working this weekend & we could contact him if we needed to.

Dave was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses we tried. I work in retail as a customer service manager, and he really is a credit to your branch and Dreams. His service was amazing.

The man (Denis) who served me was helpful without being pushy or over persistant. He was then immediately available to assist and answer my questions and offer alternatives. He didnt rush me to make a decision and good offered advise. He was just perfect.

Me and my partner came into the store unsure of what it was we needed. The staff member came and welcomed us with smiles all around. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. He helped us decide what items we wanted within store and then went through the direct debit option and made it very easy to understand

Dennis and Sean were very informative about the item.

salesman was very knowledgeable about the items I was interested in and was able to give me immediate costings, availability and delivery dates. He couldn't have been more helpful .

Matt our salesman was extremely helpful when we had questions etc, he greeted us as we entered and he was subtle he set us up on the sleep match machine and showed us in the direction of mattresses we needed. He then stood back and let us shop and waited until we went back to him. In my opinion this is exactly how a salesman should be he wasn’t too in our face but there when we needed him. Dennis (the sales person) was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and patient. No pressure to pick a higher priced mattress (although it was £700+)or insurance. All relaxed and comfortable. Had plenty of banter along the way.

Very friendly staff with plenty of knowledge of the products. Plenty of hand sanitizer available. Hot drink offered. Very pleased with the service I received.
