Oh my goodness.. Matthew at Norwich was superb ...deserves a pay rise (no I don't know him) ... polite... well spoken... informative... not pushy.... he and his team were an absolute delight... I didn't even bother going to other bed stores. His colleague was extremely polite and positive when I called the store. Yes.. very impressed . Well done guys.

Assistance was first class, with time taken to answer our questions in a clear and friendly way. The care taken with hygiene in store was excellent in view of the current covid situation, and certainly the best we have witnessed.
