We went into Dreams in Norwich looking for a new mattress. We were greeted at the door by Dennis, who was lovely, and explained in detail all the new ppe precautions in place. We had our 2 year old with us & everyone was very friendly & helpful which allowed us to choose a new mattress easily. Highly recommend this store.

The gentleman that assisted us, Laurence, was very knowledgable, very helpful, explained the stores PPE policy and gave us the information we needed to find the right mattress. A* service!
