Dreams - Northampton

We identified online which bed frame and mattress we were interested in. While the bed frame was not available the assistant showed us something similar even moving the mattress we wanted from another bed so we could try it for ourselves. He spent time with us and processed our order quickly. No complaints. Only slight disappointment was the website said delivery would be 7 days but it will be 10 days.

We had a made short-list of beds and mattresses from the Dreams web site. Matt talked us through the pros and cons of each option with clarity. Came to a joint decision. Mattress choice confirmed by the ‘simulator’. Left the shop confident that we had made the right decision and are looking forward to delivery day.
